Low-Carb Plate
I have been experimenting lately with a low carb diet or keto-diet and this was one of my favorite and filling lunches! Simplicity is best and this is Simple! Not necessary a true recipe more so great foods to eat if you are low-carb.

- 1 cup Red bell pepper washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup cucumber washed and chopped
- 3 dill pickles small
- 8 kalamata olives
- pepper to taste on cottage cheese
