Kale Chips
This is a quick and easy way to make a nutrient dense salty snack!

- 1 bunch curly leaf kale ripped up and de-stemmed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Preheat oven to 375
Massage curly leaf kale with avocado oil (I find that it works best to crisp up the kale vs. making it soggy)
Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning – I like plain old sea salt
Place seasoned kale on sheet pan in single layer and place in oven I usually put 5-8 mins on the clock and watch it like a hawk so it doesn’t burn. Once you take it out if you leave it on the pan it will continue to crisp up a little bit
