Kale Chips

This is a quick and easy way to make a nutrient dense salty snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch curly leaf kale ripped up and de-stemmed
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Massage curly leaf kale with avocado oil (I find that it works best to crisp up the kale vs. making it soggy)
  • Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning – I like plain old sea salt
  • Place seasoned kale on sheet pan in single layer and place in oven I usually put 5-8 mins on the clock and watch it like a hawk so it doesn’t burn. Once you take it out if you leave it on the pan it will continue to crisp up a little bit
