This is a quick and easy way to make a nutrient dense salty snack!
- 1 bunch curly leaf kale ripped up and de-stemmed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Preheat oven to 375
- Massage curly leaf kale with avocado oil (I find that it works best to crisp up the kale vs. making it soggy)
- Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning – I like plain old sea salt
- Place seasoned kale on sheet pan in single layer and place in oven I usually put 5-8 mins on the clock and watch it like a hawk so it doesn’t burn. Once you take it out if you leave it on the pan it will continue to crisp up a little bit
