Food Processor I love my cuisnart for this recipe!
Ingredients
1cupgreek yogurtI use fage b/c I like mine thick
3/4-1cup Fresh ParsleyI like flat leaf variety
1/3cupFresh Dill
1/3cupFresh Cilantro
1/3cupFresh Chives
1clovegarlicminced or chopped
1/2tspsea saltadd more if you need it after you blend it
1 tbsphoney
1wholefresh lemon juiced
1-2tbspolive oil or avocado oil
1tspanchovy paste
salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until its combined. I like to taste test along the way and add in what else you may find pleasing to your palate.
Place leftovers in an air tight jar or container and store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
Notes
I love to use this as a dip for crunchy veggies, drizzle it over roasted veggies and toss all my crunchy or kale salads with it!
