I'm so glad you decided to jump into my kitchen with me and start your Meal Prep Journey, or for many of you keep it going! Take each week's materials and use them to expand your recipes, quick kitchen knowledge and enjoy spending time creating nourishing food for your week ahead! Go as fast or as slow through the course as you'd like, and please come back to your favorite weeks over and over again. This is not a diet, it's a change in mindset around food.
