10 Day Reset


This program is great for anytime of the year, especially when you feel like you need to get refocused on your health. There are 3 components to the reset: 1) a healthy plant-based eating plan 2) 10-15 minute daily workouts and 3) 10 minutes of daily meditation.

The goal of this program is to reset back to a place of good health – and it will be helpful whether you are just starting to take steps to improve your health, or you’re slipping back into bad habits and need to kick it back into gear again.
