In this document I show the modifications that I have used and felt good using through all 4 of my pregnancies in the 26&2 Hatha yoga practice. Everyone will feel different but with this sequence and the idea is to practice to feel good.
The information here is how I approach the postures keeping in mind my PCES (Postpartum Corrective Exercise Course) knowledge.
