Melt-In-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon
Yes you read that right Melt-In-Your-Mouth! Why had I never broiled my salmon before 2018?! I've been missing out! Its simple, fast and this marinade is the perfect match. Enjoy and thank me later!

Ingredients
  • 5 wild caught salmon filets 4-6oz each
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp molasses

Instructions
  1. Heat broiler and place rack 6 inches from broiler
  2. Bring sauce to a simmer whisk together then take off heat.
  3. Coat each filet with sauce on both sides (will be a little runny) thats okay! Place skin side (if there is skin) up.
  4. Place in broiler for 3 minutes & then flip so skin side is down for final 3 minutes or until you can press a fork into it and it slides apart. May need an additional minute or two but watch it closely you don't want it over done.
  5. Finish wit drizzle of sauce before serving. Enjoy!
