Ingredients
- 5 wild caught salmon filets 4-6oz each
- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp molasses

- Heat broiler and place rack 6 inches from broiler
- Bring sauce to a simmer whisk together then take off heat.
- Coat each filet with sauce on both sides (will be a little runny) thats okay! Place skin side (if there is skin) up.
- Place in broiler for 3 minutes & then flip so skin side is down for final 3 minutes or until you can press a fork into it and it slides apart. May need an additional minute or two but watch it closely you don't want it over done.
- Finish wit drizzle of sauce before serving. Enjoy!
