    I stopped eating bread six years ago. It's so full of additives and sugar and it always triggered my auto immune symptoms. I researched the history of sourdough and decided to start baking it myself. I had never baked bread in my life. Chelsea’s Sourdough Made Simple course was meticulously informative. I loved her laid-back-anyone-can-do-it way she guided me through each and every step. It was so nice to have all the right tools in hand ahead of time. The troubleshooting videos were super helpful. Now, I bake bread weekly, we have waffles and bagels on the weekend and I make focaccia and cinnamon rolls for special occasions. I have no inflammatory response! My family is so happy to have bread in the house again! This course is worth every penny!
