Healthy Holiday Gift Guide
Gift giving stresses me out. I do love to GIVE, I just never know what to give! When holidays roll around, I think WAY TOO HARD about whether I’m giving the right gift. Will they like it? Will they just re-gift it? Am I giving just to give “stuff?” If this sounds like you, hopefully this post will help if you are in a pinch or feeling overwhelmed!
Also, while you are away for the holidays, I’ve got you covered with a healthy toolkit for dishes, workouts, and tips to keep you sane! My website also has a variety of 10-20 minute workouts you can do at your in-laws in case you are in need of a quick reboot!

If you check out my holiday survival blog post, nuts are the perfect snack to have at a party – loaded with satiating healthy fats. I love to use PECANS during the Holiday!
Almond Butter Cups : Add these to your “cookie tray” this year or bring them as a gift! They’re easy to make (only 4 ingredients) and not loaded with sugar. These are grain-free and dairy-free!
Sunbutter Crunch Cups: The perfect nut-free treat to bring to school events or gift to teachers! The quinoa puffs remind me of a nestle crunch bar. Kids love to help make these with you!
Dough Ornaments: this is a great way to use up the flour that sits in your pantry because you don’t use it (okay maybe that’s just me?). This is a fun craft for kids or adults. Need some stocking stuffers for nieces and nephews, cousins, or 3rd cousins? These cost pennies to make but will spend YEARs on someone’s Christmas tree! RECIPE HERE

The MOST AMAZING Oil Free Brownie Recipe – What you’ve been waiting for! – Thanks to Ginger (Living Raw owner for this recipe) using her delicious Chocolate of course to make these ooey gooey treats!
3/4 cup smooth nut butter/ seed butter
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp coconut flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup Living Raw chocolate cut into chunks
3 tbsp whole nuts or seeds chopped
Directions: Heat oven to 350, line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Whisk nut butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda and salt whisk to combine making sure there are no lumps of cocoa. In a double boiler melt half of the chocolate chunks and then stir into brownie batter until incorporated. Spread into baking pan and top with nuts and rest of the chocolate. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Once brownies are cooled place in fridge for an hour so you can cut them without crumbling (I’m okay with a crumbly brownie ;))
I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season everyone and a very Merry Christmas!
