This is an educational shopping tour to help you figure out what foods to choose, how to read ingredient lists and labels, and what foods to avoid altogether. My goal is to “teach you how to fish” so that you can make educated, time efficient, and cost effective food choices in grocery stores and restaurants.
We can tour the store together over your preferred video call app (eg FaceTime, Skype, etc).
