Green Goddess Dressing
The perfect way to use up all your fresh herbs! We love this as a dressing and a dip!
Equipment
- Food Processor I love my cuisnart for this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt I use fage b/c I like mine thick
- 3/4-1 cup Fresh Parsley I like flat leaf variety
- 1/3 cup Fresh Dill
- 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1/3 cup Fresh Chives
- 1 clove garlic minced or chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt add more if you need it after you blend it
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 whole fresh lemon juiced
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until its combined. I like to taste test along the way and add in what else you may find pleasing to your palate.
- Place leftovers in an air tight jar or container and store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
Notes
I love to use this as a dip for crunchy veggies, drizzle it over roasted veggies and toss all my crunchy or kale salads with it!
