Green Goddess Smoothie
All the goodness in one beautiful green smoothie! Radiant skin and hydration loaded with TONS of vitamin K & C. Not to mention all the alkalizing qualities that it gives you from all the dark leafy greens.
- 1 1/2 cup kale or 2 big handfuls
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 green apple chopped and de-seeded/stemmed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water work too!
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh (whatever is cheaper!)
- 5 ice cubes more if you need!
- Place ingredients in a high speed blender until desired consistency. Top with extra goji berries & raspberries and maybe a swirl of nut butter for extra omega 3’s and vitamin E!
