All the goodness in one beautiful green smoothie! Radiant skin and hydration loaded with TONS of vitamin K & C. Not to mention all the alkalizing qualities that it gives you from all the dark leafy greens.

  • 1 1/2 cup kale or 2 big handfuls
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 green apple chopped and de-seeded/stemmed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water work too!
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen or fresh (whatever is cheaper!)
  • 5 ice cubes more if you need!


  • Place ingredients in a high speed blender until desired consistency. Top with extra goji berries & raspberries and maybe a swirl of nut butter for extra omega 3’s and vitamin E!
