High Protein Ranch Dip
I love this quick and easy dip for a quick charcuterie board, veggies, crackers or an easy bowl!
Equipment
- high speed blender I use a blendtec, but could use an immersion blender
- spatula
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese I use good culture
- 1/4 cup homemade mayo or mayo of choice
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp milk or heavy cream to make buttermilk
- 1 tsp dried dill or fresh!
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
- 1-2 tsp chives to taste
- sea salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the lemon juice and heavy cream / milk into a small bowl and mix into buttermilk
- place all ingredients into a high speed blender or an immersion blender will work and mix until you get the desired texture and consistency.
- Store in a airtight container in the fridge. Feel free to double the batch!
