Instructions

Pork

  • Heat your frying pan to medium heat, cook your ground pork and add garlic. I like to let it get crispy on some of the bits up to you!
  • Add in your Tamari/ soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame seed oil, fish sauce and turn off heat.

Cucumbers

  • Chop cucumbers and toss in a bowl with your rice vinegar, maple syrup, Tamari/ soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Stir together and pop in the fridge to marinate. Can do this ahead of time.

Toppings

  • Cook your ramen or rice per instructions, can do this ahead of time!
  • Chop your cabbage, carrots, radish, greens, avocado set aside for assembly.

Dressing

  • Whisk together in a small mason jar your miso, rice vinegar, maple syrup, tamari/ soy sauce, dijon mustard and avocado oil.
  • This will be nice to drizzle on your bowls or you can use whatever you'd like, I also like Bachan if I'm short on time!

Assemble!

  • My kids love that they can make a pretty bowl, add pork, ramen/ rice, veggies, avocado, cucumbers and the marinade and then drizzle with the dressing and Enjoy!!
  • This is one of those bowls that we really use what we have on hand, if you don't have all the ingredients they still work, and taste great!
